it was awesome, location is great, just a few minutes walk from palm beach, the pool is so refreshing, which you can use anytime. the hosts are welcoming, amenities are great. there is no wardrobe but the room is spacious so we could manage, the bathroom is small but works for two people, water pressure was great, the kitchen is well equipped, there is a grill outdoors, and the garden is such a gem, with unique decorations and plants which were a magnet to all kinds of birds.

it’s in the city centre of Philipsburg. Busses come in front of the hotel and bring you everywhere. the beach is 3 minutes walking. Stuff was very friendly even before we arrived to the island, they helped and give tips. they also celebrate my birthday willingly. if I ever go back to Sint Maarten that’s where I want to stay! thanks Barbara and Jeanine for for kindness ❤️

I loved how the location was close to public transport. The host was very friendly and accomodating. I had everything I needed to start my day, and a quiet place to return to at the end of the day. It was a very pleasant stay, the outdoor pool was relaxing when the day got hot, beach towels and extra towels were available, they had even provided an EU plug adapter which I really appreciated!

The breakfast was simple, but very tasty. It reminded me of homecooked breakfast, because there were new choices every day. On our jokingly request for a fried rice for breakfast, the staff actually went through with it the next morning.

I stayed in the appartment on the ground floor alongside the pool. This is a very relaxed place. The appartment was spacious. A nice livingroom with a well equiped kitchen and large bedroom with bathroom and shower. Everything was clean and comfortable. Excellent large bed. Wifi very fast. Location close to Oranjestad center is perfect, but the road is quite. I recommend this place if you are travelling alone. Especially if you want to work from here, mingle a bit with others but do not want the buzz of a typical tourist place.
