Very good location, close to the markt square (350-400 mt by walk). The owner easy very hospitable and the room was super big and clean. Coffee machine, water and shower gel in the room. This guest house features free private parking and luggage storage space. Outdoor seating is also available at the guest house. There's absolutely nothing not to like about Hidden Gem. It is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, has comfy beds and even a fridge with a small selection of beverages should you get thirsty at inconvenient hours. Katrien received us personally, greeted us like we were old friends, and was generally very helpful. She gave us tips and directions, even had prepared a little map with the key features of Bruges. She even knew where to find the stop for the Flix Bus! :-D It's a shame we were only staying for one night as the property itself is so beautiful. We'll definitely be coming back for a longer stay. Hidden Gem is located literally opposite the main station in a small side road, but you can't hear a thing - no traffic, no trains, no people. A dream!

Well equipped and very clean room. Superb breakfast. Beautiful vieuws and surroundings. Hope we are in the neighbourhood again soon, so we can revisit.

At the guest house, units include bed linen and towels. Sara was the perfect host and provided everything we needed. The room was super clean, had the most adoring design details (I love stuff like this) and was soooo cozy. Parking was super easy around the corner and for free. Bonus points! We really enjoyed our stay and the morning coffee in bed.

It was clean very well stocked with everything we needed and the owner is the great next-door and we’re very helpful. Grocery store was down the street along with a lovely bakery. Great place to stay.
