Because my 2 pieces of luggage did not arrive with me when I arrived in Vancouver, Canada, she helped me used her phone by communicating with Air Canada. She gave me her full attention and assistance. And my luggages arrived the following day. I give her 10 Excellent!

We love it all! Every comfort from the parking to the wine, the good smell, the tv with Netflix account, all the necessary in the bathroom and a lot of tips about what to do and where to eat. Wonderful stay!

I definitely recommend this place to stay at Vancouver. The hosts are very lovely couple Ruby and Minh. I appreciate them for a fantastic service and perks that we receive during the stay. The communication is on a high level. Also their quiet place makes me feels like at home. It is close to a rainforest park so you can walk thought it to the skytrain station.

At the guest house, certain units are equipped with a coffee machine and chocolates or cookies. Step out the door onto hiking trails and less than a mile to a rocky beach with gorgeous views. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot with great water pressure. Make-your-own breakfast included just about any food, beverage, and cooking utensil you could want. We took advantage of the hot tub/sauna/steam room (one hour of private time is included in your stay). We did not use the yoga/fitness studio because our stay was brief, but I wish we’d stayed a little longer so we could have used it. Michael (our host) gave us a great overview of the property and facilities. He was helpful and friendly, without being intrusive. Great communication from hosts before our arrival.

From the moment we entered the building, it turned out that this was an exceptional place. A beautifully decorated vineyard, where the rooms were a real luxury. As a welcome gift, we received a bottle of wine and it turned out that breakfast was waiting for us the next day (the owner made a croissant herself!). The room with a large comfortable bed had a balcony overlooking the lake, large windows, a smart TV, and a huge bathroom with a bathtub for two people and bath salts! During the day, we met wonderful employees and were invited to wine tastings. Definitely the best place we stayed during our entire stay in British Columbia.
