The bed was firm and comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped. The wifi worked well. The owner was very easy to reach and had lots of great suggestions for places to go and where to eat. They even provided some great treats for us!

Truly feels like a mountain cabin with all the frills included. The host,Marco, is absolutely warm, welcoming and very generous in his time spent in case you have questions or recommendations you are looking for. He provides the little things in the kitchen like salt pepper oil sugar tea coffee and so on. Things you dont need to worry about going to the shops first thing in the morning😀 The property has a deck that gives you a side view of the water falls which is the local attraction in this area of Chiavenna. There is a really great pizzeria just down the road from the cabin - called Pink Panther pizzeria. Really great pizzas and it is always busy there so you know it is popular with a lot if people. And finally there is a huge camping site close by to the cabin which could be a place to meet other people on holiday if you are a people person?

We also had a delicious breakfasts and a dinner at the hotel.
