Το The Window βρίσκεται σε Bellinzona, σε απόσταση 22 χλμ από Piazza Grande Locarno, και προσφέρει μπαρ και θέα στο βουνό. Katiusca is truly the most sweet, kind, generous, warm, and welcoming host. She literally welcomed us with open arms and was so kind to us from the very first message when we had booked our stay months prior. We feel like we made a new friend! She went out of her way to explain and answer our questions regarding restaurant reservations and activities in the area. She verified times for us for the little train that goes around Bellinzona, which is an adorable little train ride and she gave us tips about the local markets and was so attentive to our every need. She offered us lovely goods from the bakery for breakfast and the vanilla croissant was so delicious and the bread she provided every day for us was some of the best bread we've ever had! And the view from our "Blue Balance" room was absolutely stunning! It had a floor to ceiling window with a gorgeous balcony and we could see the mountains and the town and the castles and there aren't enough woods in the world to say how fabulous the view was and we were able to see from the comfort of our room fireworks on New Year's Eve. The view from the shared kitchen was lovely and we were able to heat some basic things on the stove. There was no microwave but it wasn't necessary for us. She is such a lovely person and gave extra pillows in the room at our request because we were recovering from an injury. She gave us beautiful gifts when we left and offered us fantastic Prosecco when we arrived. All in all it was an extraordinary exceptional stay and we highly recommend it. She is a truly kind warm and welcoming person.

A dream villa! I just stayed overnight in the deluxe suite for 3 people in this wonderful villa. The directions received on the day of arrival were very clear. Even a video on how to open the safebox and then the doors left no doubt. I could recognize the building right away. It is an impeccably renovated and upscale privat villa from the last century. High ceilings and blackout curtains. The suite with a huge terrace with beautiful views made us feel we were in an exclusive place. The sofa bed for the third person was comfortable and large even if I wouldn't consider it suitable for 2 adults. Too bad we only stayed one night. We will gladly keep the address for a future stay. We found the price fair and was over 300 francs. We did not have breakfast at the hotel because we left early but there would be that option as well

The room was incredibly clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The private parking was great! The owners were caring and very attentive, they truly took care of us. It’s very close to the train station, so it was very easy to get around.

Nice and spacious room. Nice and clean bathroom with lots of towels. We could use an indoor pool. The outdoor pool wasn't open, but they did open it on our request. We had a very nice view from the balcony and the window in the room. Beds were clean and comfortable. Very good blind on the window allowed me to go to bed early in a dark room. There was a small refrigerator in the room with two small bottles of water. Breakfast was amazing, everything nice, really tasty and fresh. You couldn't possibly taste it all and eat there was so much of it. We got a coffee for breakfast and then we were offered another coffee. I was also able to hire for free walking poles. The whole place, everything we've used was nice and clean.
