There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. It is possible for guests to sit outside and enjoy the property grounds. The house was very comfortable and the balcony was great. The host responded to everything we asked for. We would definitely recommended it.

The property is non-smoking and is set 5.8 km from Jaguar Rescue Center. I was impressed with the spotless absolutely clean room. Immaculate! I enjoyed a comfortable sleep and was treated so kindly by the owners, that I will not forget them. I definitely recommend Cabinas Hukats Secret Jungle. What a local gem!!!

The breakfast was amazing. The location is perfect if you want to break the trip between San Josè and the Caribbean Coast. This recently renovated guest house features a building dating back to 2003, which is 22 km from the Jaguar Rescue Center. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. Elisa and her mother were wonderful hosts! Extremely friendly, have great local recommendations and made me feel welcome as part of the family straight away. The house is very peaceful and a great place to relax, with easy access to Playa Negra, several local bars and a short walk to the centre of Cahuita and Cahuita National Park. You can see numerous animals in the surroundings (I saw a little Capybara 🥹). Casa Aldirica is a fantastic place to stay and I would whole-heartedly recommend it! Pura Vida 😊
