This was one of the best stays we have ever had. Every detail was so peaceful and refreshing. Room was cozy and had everything you might need including AC. Pool and views were UNREAL GORGEOUS! All of our meals (breakfast & dinner) were exceptional quality and taste. Our host Yaan will forever be remembered!! The yoga class we attended with him was one of the most informative and resetting I have ever experienced. Also we received the best massages of our lives. The location felt very local but in a good way. We didn't have to bother with tons of other tourists. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and we will be coming back. I would also note we did all the suggested excursions and had a wonderful time on all.

Arelys is the best hostess we had in entire trip in Costa Rica. Very responsive, good recomendations and also gave us some fruit and coffee. And she helped us practice our spanish. Checked in on us if we needed anything every day. Location and the property are both lovely.

Breakfast was amazing!!! We wish we were able to stay longer. Oh and the coffee. Make sure to buy some before you leave!!!

Lovely place to stay with very nice hosts. It was great to be right next to the rainforest (with capuchin monkeys!) and with a nice pool to relax in.

The host and his 90 year old mother are very friendly. Everything is clean, and the host is so kind to provide anything we need like plates and hair dryer. The host will also clean the room if you stay for more than 1 day. The place is quite safe as the host will lock up the gate at night. The room looks better than the picture

Our little casita was absolutely adorable! We weren’t sure what to expect when we first arrived but as soon as we walked in the door our faces lit up. It was as very comfortable and simple. There is also an amazing pizza restaurant on the property. Pizzas were delicious. The breakfasts in the morning were a real bonus and the attention to detail was so sweet. It is close to attractions and down town. Highly recommend!

Jorge was extremely helpful and kind. The place is awesome, further away from the town and very peaceful and quiet. We stayed in the rooms as we felt there would have been little privacy in the wooden cabanas. The room was perfect, full of light, nice shower, very clean. The shared facilities such as the open kitchen are very well kept and clean. We really liked the atmosphere. Overall, a perfect stay. Thank you!

Το Casa Aba Matapalo βρίσκεται στο Matapalo, σε απόσταση μόλις 100μ. από την παραλία, και προσφέρει εξωτερική πισίνα. Παρέχεται δωρεάν Wi-Fi. Amazing location a minutes walk from a beautiful undeveloped beach in sleepy Matapalo. We had the most wonderful experience on arrival. Almost instantly we saw an Iguana on the roof of the neighbouring room. A capuchin monkey did too and chased the Iguana around the roof before the Iguana jumped off into a hedge! Going downstairs we then saw two slothes in the trees, before heading to the beach and seeing a troop of 50+ monkeys. Was our best nature experience in Costa Rica!! Lovely large room with good facilities too. Highly recommended
