It is exceptionally beautiful and located inside the jungle which provides a wonderful experience. Spotted lots of animals within the property premises, including chipmunks, monkeys, a Jesus lizard, and even a frog. Considering the location insects were surprisingly not an issue. The host also provided us with coffee for the entire duration of the stay as well as gave us a pineapple and 2 mangoes upon our arrival.

I felt very welcome as a sole traveler and it was nice that he made time to chat each morning over breakfast and share insights of the area. The breakfasts were extremely generous and Mike even prepared a continent breakfast on the mornings I needed to leave early on a tour. All the casitas have a porch with a hammock and views of the tropical gardens of Casa Colores. There is an outdoor pool with comfortable sun loungers. The whole experience was awesome. Staff were very nice. Room more than expected, and a wonderful pool area. Very secure. Kitchen was very well appointed.
