Very good value for money. Clean, large, quiet rooms with a small balcony. Accessible to small walks in the village. A nice playground for kids. They thought about things that will make our stay pleasant like games. And comfortable regarding the weather like fire wood, fan, air conditioner.

Dont miss his cooking - its better to tell him what you like to eat and he makes magic! Costas knows how to do the old works - he can teach, he can learn and he is a histori book - that you talk forever. You have to know were you are going - in lazania village - there are no café shops, no malls - only 1 restaurant that not always open - the view from the balcony is outstanding, you can seet there and read, maditat, think and relax. Costas build all - alone with some help from his family. It is amazing to see and feel that a person doesn't need a lot in order to be really happy. The way to his village is steef - most of it is very Nero road and if its raining - you have to be very careful and drive slowly. Next to his village there is the amazing monetary - dont miss it! After the sun goes down - the darkness in the area is totally. It is like a dream because its you and nature - in the most romantic and quiet way... We had an amazing and important time in costas house - we will definitely come back because there aren't a lot of amazing places and pipoule like that in the world. From there you can visit some very nice villages and have great walks around.

The communal lounge with the fire place was a great surprise. Construction and finishes were outstanding, a true pleasure to see how everything fits in. The cats are a value added feature.

Το Oikou Thea Guesthouse βρίσκεται στον Οίκο, σε απόσταση 32 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Sparti Adventure Park και 37 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Adventure Mountain Park. Προσφέρει βεράντα. We stayed with 6 people in the Oikou Thea guest house for one night and everyone of us was so happy with this accommodation and didn’t want to leave this place. The house is big, freshly renovated, with the 5 stars hotels standards: clean, provided with new towels, shower gel & shampoos, welcome vine, sleepers, hairdryer etc. The house has a large terrace with the view on the mountains. There is one covered parking spot under the apartment . The host was in touch with us, the communication was easy and nice. Highly recommend this place for spending quality time !

Το Xenios Guesthouse, το οποίο είναι στο Κοιλάνι και σε απόσταση 10 χλμ από Sparti Adventure Park, προσφέρει θέα στο βουνό. Ήταν όλα υπέροχα.
