Each morning, a hearty buffet breakfast is served in Zum Grünen Baum’s dining room. Guests will find many restaurants within a 5-minute walk of the guest house. It was really close to the Europa park, there was an assigned parking space for you once you have checked in if you have a 2 day ticket for the park but have to check out on the second day and you arrived with the car, then the property will give you a paid for parking ticket for the general parking space for free. Also my friend and I went to the breakfast 15 minutes before breakfast closed and they still let us in and have breakfast. We also stayed a bit late at the breakfast table even after breakfast time closed, but the woman working at the property told us that even though they were closing soon we could take some food if we wanted to.

The location is really good, you are exactly in the middle of Rulantica and Europa Park, so if you want to attend both you can easily walk to them. The neighbourhood was very quiet and we could rest well for our trips to the theme park. The accommodation had two fans which helped with the heat, and it never got too hot. The beds were also really comfy and spacious. The kitchen had a lot of options, and everything worked great. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was nice. There is also a nice couch, the stay was extremely comfortable. The host was also very nice, good communication and instructions, and we were helped as soon when we needed it.
