The people working in the hotel were really kind and friendly and helped me with everything. They helped me get a trip to Abu Simbel and even packaged me a breakfast for it, because the trip started so early. The room was very quiet, peaceful and clean.

It was immaculately clean and felt like a real home away from home. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. We would recommend this place to every type of traveler without a single doubt. Clean sheets and towels were provided. The greatest highlight was the traditional seating area on the terrace. It was very relaxing to just sit there and enjoy the views of the Nile. Food was homemade and fresh and delicious. The host took care of everything personally and we felt very comfortable. We strongly recommend a stay at NUBA HEART when at Aswan.
