The service from the staff was top notch - they were so welcoming, helpful and went above and beyond with the little things to really create an all around beautiful experience. The breakfast was delicious every morning. The rooms are very cozy and very clean. And the views were incredible.

They helped us with everything we needed and there was kindness in everything. Clean rooms. Rich breakfast and nice food. It is also the closest to the pyramids and has the most beautiful view. There is also space on the second floor, there is quiet space there for someone to sit comfortably. There was even more personal help with what we needed from a taxi to and from the airport. Help with our tourist adventure at the pyramids. In general, they know the area very well and can make your trip more comfortable and safer. They are people of trust, they can arrange for you a full day trip inside the pyramids area with a relatively good price and with camels. It was generally a pleasant trip and the service definitely helped and played a part in that!
