A quiet, clean room with even a terrace. Easy walk to everything including the stations of Renfe and Euskotren. Best of all was Ana. She gave excellent tips what to visit. I asked for Pinch tips and she had a very good list of the restaurant and their specials (that you have order because most of them are warm). They don't serve breakfast, but you can get it next door from 8am. It is easy to make your own coffee and tea.

I ran the marathon and this was the best location I could ever ask for. The staff was incredible and helped with my extra requests. The room was very nice. Would definitely recommend it.

Design of the suite was lovely. Romy was an outstanding host with great tips and advice.

Everything was perfect, down to the smallest detail. The terrace was the most impressive detail. It was almost as large as the room and it is the perfect spot to have a coffee in the morning. The bed has huge, and truly comfortable. One of the best experiences with the best price-quality ratio.
