The guest house is 400 metres from Barcelona's Plaza Universitat and the Rambla is 10 minutes’ walk away. Felt safe. The rooms looked new and clean. The AC worked well. The bed was very comfortable. There was a water dispenser in the lobby and a small fridge to leave your food there. The staff were very friendly. The windows are good and you can hardly hear the traffic. The neighbourhood was also nice. A short walk away is a market with good food options. The metro is also not far. It only takes 15-30 min with Aerobus to the airport.

All rooms at the Ciudadela are heated, and there is a TV. Most rooms have a work desk and a private balcony. The host was super helpful and very polite, everything about this property is excellent.

Gaudí’s Casa Batlló and La Pedrera are within 15 minutes’ walk of the property. Amazing location in the heart of the city which allowed us to walk to most places. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean.

During the summer, breakfast is served on the terrace. In winter, it is served in the charming dining room. There is a bar service, and guests can relax in the garden. Great breakfast in a beautiful sitting room. The staff is very warm and friendly. Location is perfect in the center of the city, but quiet. The building is beautiful, clean and historic.
