It's a ground floor secured room with terrace surrounded by walls. Like the name says it's a room for break 🙂 so it's perfect for short stays. It's clean and new. You can hear jets in any part of Playa Honda but to be honest this is in between the buildings so it's not affecting your rest too much. Great communication with owner Ana.

It was a wonderful stay overall. I was amazed by Luca's and Juana's hospitality. They were super helpful and caring! There is plenty of space in the room, closets, a comfortable and big bed and a bathroom (also super nice). There is a private exit to theirs garden and pool. The neighbourhood is quite and veeery esthetic.

The property features a stunning garden with sweeping views across Lanzarote and the ocean - truly breathtaking. The house itself is spacious, immaculately clean and beautifully decorated with lovely antiques and artwork throughout. We enjoyed the peaceful, tranquil atmosphere and the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Apartamentos Juvimar ligt in Arrecife, op 18 minuten lopen van Playa Del Reducto, en biedt een tuin, rookvrije kamers, gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie en een terras. Ricardo and Mirtha greeted me on arrival and were very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was pristine, with up to date appliances and fixtures. It had everything necessary for my stay, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Comunal washing machine was in a separate room across the corridor, very useful. Bed and sofa were very comfortable and air conditioning was effective. No noise, so a good nights sleep was easy. There are 3 or 4 units so the booking pictures are a mix of each. Shops for food etc were very close, as was the Charco area for dining out (10 minute walk). Great value!

My bf and I had an amazing relaxing holiday in this house. They have EVERYTHING prepared, the room was fantastic, pristine clean, and the bathroom is very spacious. They have a pool on the property so it’s really great to chill by the pool. The kitchen is equipped with everything (utensils, pots and pans, dishwasher, etc)
