The grounds were lovely, the rooms beautifully appointed and spacious, and the pool an unexpected gem! We had access to comfy and inviting spaces inside and outside, to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Sophie made us feel right at home. The delicious meal she prepared was served in the gorgeous dining room with wood carved fireplace and mountains framing the picture window. Our stay at Villa Meyreim was memorable and has put the lovely village of Mouthier-Haute-Pierre on the map for us. We highly recommend this stay — especially after a long tiring walk from Ornans on the Via Francigena pilgrim path!
