From the moment we arrived we were made to feel right at home! No request was too big or small, from delivering an Iron and an Ironing board, to beach towels and to even allow us to stay way after checkout since our plans changed, I have rarely experienced a host as warm and kind as this! Located in a quiet street just a quick walk from the beach and restaurants this was truly a beautiful stay with a lovely little tree covered terrace area to relax! The small kitchen had everything we needed. Can highly recommend!

We've had 4 perfect nights at Terry and Laura's B&B called 'Mas des Arts'. Both of them are so kind and you can really feel they have a passion for what they do. This is the first time that the place in real life was even better looking than the pictures. The surroundings of this place are amazing. To have breakfast at the quiet pool-side of the B&B, with the birds whistling around you, is magical. Breakfast includes everything you wish for, and more. Fresh fruit, bread and local cheese, good coffee, eggs the way you like them, etc. The place is located 20 minutes from Nice and 10-15 minutes from St. Paul de Vence. Both must-visits! We recommend others to rent a car, but Uber is available in this place. The rooms are brand-new with everything you need. Modern bathroom, lots of closet-space, quiet airconditioning. The bed is comfortable with luxurious linnen and sheets. Thank you so much for your hospitality! We will 100% come back and recommend you to family and friends.

The breakfast was absolutely phenomenal, completely worth it. The pools were gorgeous; the water was the perfect temperature, and the view of the countryside down the hill from the pool edges was magnificent. Also the chairs, umbrellas, and towels next to the pool were of superb quality. We appreciated how welcoming the hosts were, and how we were able to access the common facilities of the property (e.g. refrigerators/freezers, plates, wine glasses, etc.).

Very cozy, nice and perfectly equipped! Nice terrace! Just 20-30 minutes drive from most beautiful cities of Provence. Tea, coffee, even hot chocolate possible. Water and soft drinks in fridge for you. The host very is very nice and welcoming.

What an absolutely perfect place, do not hesitate to book here! From the welcome to the goodbye it was superb. We booked a double room with private bathroom. Everything impeccably clean, bed was comfortable, shower powerful, outside area magical. We used the shared kitchen and enjoyed all our dinners here. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. The place is absolutely amazing. We loved every minute of our stay. The hosts are very welcoming and caring. We felt more like dear friends than customers. It is a lovely villa surrounded by a beautiful garden with a private pool. It was such a relief to have a good swim on a hot summer day.) The room was new, exceptionally clean and elegant, with comfortable beds. Breakfast was a feast for the eyes and the stomach. Tasty homemade croissants, delicious jams, fresh orange juice and much more were served in the garden with a beautiful view of the valley. There are only a few rooms in the villa, which creates a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. We especially enjoyed talking with the hosts. The advice they gave us about Grass and Cannes was very helpful. The only thing I regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Wish to come back someday :) Huge thanks for everything :)
