Hosts went out of their way to accommodate our unavoidable, late arrival time, even providing a freshly baked sweet because we would miss dinner. The rooms were clean and well-appointed; breakfast was great. Traffic noise was a little noticeable, but did not detract from the stay at all. Short walk to the beach.

It's set just 5 minutes’ walk from Ayr’s centre with its shopping, dining, and nightlife. Love everything about Beaches!! Absolutely spotless, beautiful, comfortable, the breakfast and home made shortbread and jam!! And the owner Jan and her family and dog Harris! We stayed in the twin room with kitchen and it was fantastic. The gardens are beautiful too!
