Honestly everything, we did not have a single complaint. The room was spacious, but still very cosy, well maintained and spotless. The personnel was very kind.

Perfect stay ! We had a large family room that was very comfortable for 4 people with a large bathroom. Very quiet place. Meals for breakfast were kindly provided in the room and we have used the common lounge to prepare and take it.

Location is sublime, the views of the water from the room were exceptional!! Our room (Lewis) was very spacious with a VERY comfortable bed, table and chairs overlooking the water and plenty of room for our bags. There was also a wardrobe and plenty of drawers for clothes if unpacking for a longer stay. The bathroom was well appointed with a heated towel rail and complimentary toiletries. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t fabulous but it was adequate to wash my long hair so all good. There were two heaters available in the room to keep it cosy and easy to follow instructions on how to operate the heater and shower. Very close location to plenty of beautiful eating places and grocery store. Self check in was easy with great instructions sent on the morning of check in. We loved our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back and will highly recommend this accommodation to our family and friends.

Definitely it's an excellent place to stay for a few days. It's really near to Portree center, like 13 minutes walking. The room has all the necessary things to have a pleasant stay and the bed is so comfortable. The host is very kind and warm. Even he left us some stuff in the fridge like yogurts, orange juice, jam, cheese, etc. We really appreciate that. We would come back for sure! Thank you for making us feel like home.

Delicious home cooked breakfasts included in our stay. The hosts also offered baked treats in the lobby to be enjoyed any time. The beds were super comfortable with alpaca bedding.
