It's outside the centre,a good walk but just minutes on the bus that stops outside for both directions. Ready to visit again soon!😃

I cannot recommend a better place to stay in Edinburgh. Our stay was simply perfect. The rooms were cleaned everyday, the breakfast is cooked by Rowena herself and they both took the time to actually make us comfortable in the guest house. We are already looking forward to go back!

We're absolutely in love with this guesthouse and are definitely planning on coming back for the next trip to Edinburgh. Sinead and Chris were so sweet and helpful and forthcoming, the location was really great (and we've only travelled by bus, which was no problem at all), the view in the sea-facing room is fantastic, we've slept heavenly in those comfy beds, and the breakfast is a MUST. 10/10 recommendation!

Our used to be the house libary with a fireplace. The room was very large with a wooden floor with carpets on top. There was everything you needed. Even parking permits were provide free of charge. Great place!
