Ioannina city centre is one km away. Very generous and tasty breakfast. Lovely old house close to the Its Kale, and with nice outdoor seating area. Friendly and helpful staff - they helped me arrange access to the old Synagogue, which is nearby but usually kept locked.

The outside has a traditional look while inside, the room had a modern bathroom which was nice. The breakfast was excellent and the atmosphere was cozy. There was plenty of room to park on the nearest road. I would definitely recommend staying here! Note: If you have trouble finding the check-in or if someone isn't there, just give the lady a call, or you can ask at the nearby Konstantinou & Eleni (Κωνσταντίνου & Ελένης). (This is where we had our breakfast.) These guesthouses are run by the same family and would be happy to help.

The breakfast was sufficient and the dining area was very nicely decorated and pleasant for meals. Near to the hotel (5 min walk) is a huge public parking for cars. The owners are extremely friendly and ready to help at any time. Honest and great recommendation! We will come again if we can!
