There is a large panoramic seating area and a rooftop terrace with views of the Aegean Sea. The land lady is the sweetest sole I have seen in my life. From check in till the check out, she was so helpful and accommodating. She helped me by giving touristic places information, allowed me to early check in and gave me great treatment. The rooms are pretty big and comfortable with basic amenities and the pool is very accessible from the room as well. Most of the places are nearby from the hotel, which makes it easy to commute. Even the room service ladies were so helpful and sweet, which makes your vacation wonderful. Thanks again for all the ladies working in the hotel.

Gianna Suites is built in the traditional style of Santorini Island and offers comfortable rooms with private balconies and flat-screen, satellite TV. Some units have a spa bath or a shower with hydromassage facilities. Gianna Suites was easily walkable from both Fira and Firostefani but was located on a side street off the other side of the main road and therefore was quiet and peaceful, with lovely views out to the sea and flatter areas of Santorini. So it was also easily walkable to those areas as well. I especially loved the little private balcony which was warm and sunny and brought refreshing air inside. The hosts were exceptionally engaging and welcoming, offering a genuine sense of hospitality and organising tour and trip arrangements with sincere helpfulness. The drivers were also very engaging and genuine. Santorini, as a whole, treats visitors with great politeness. As an older, solo traveller, I felt safe and respected. I greatly appreciated their cheerful and honest responses, and also the self-respect and respect for Santorini that they showed. I value the authenticity which greeted me.

Breakfasts served in the room were fantastic. The facilities were solid, especially the pool where our kids loved spending time at. Oia spirit boutique residences is very close to the Blue Roof, and you don't have to wait in line for photos, which is fantastic! The bed in the room is very comfortable, and the pool is also lovely. 🥰

The property features mountain and garden views, and is 300 metres from Kamari Beach. The guest house has family rooms. Incredible location, right next to Kamari beach. Walking distance to ancient Thira and close to shops/restaurants etc. The host Adrianna was lovely and pleasant. Very helpful. Beautiful property with A/C and spotless throughout.
