Easy check in and great location, 10 minute walk to Old Town Zadar, yet very quiet. Very new and modern facility and rooms. Great shower. So happy to have a television with streaming capability as choices for english speaking channels (even satellite) at most accommodations we stayed at were quite poor.

She kindly let me drop off my luggage around 10 way before official checkin (and luckily the room was also ready for checkin at the time). The apartment is very well designed and tastefully decorated for a studio with most all the things needed for a short stay. The location was less than a mile from the bus station as well as the old town and hence a comfortable walk over from both places.

We enjoyed the apartment, it was clean, comfortable, very centrally located, just a few steps from the promenade and right in the middle of old town, plus it had everything we needed. Additionally, there was a convenience store nearby, and food & drinks options all around. It was definitely good value.
