A true homestay with a lovely, welcoming family and staff. Very quiet and natural surroundings, it's in the middle of rice fields. Organizing trips, hikes, transport, everything can be arranged. Very nice and helpful owner, nice food. You feel immersed into the real living jungle (monkeys come around) and rice field local life, so many walking routes to explore around. Also owners doggies are adorable and hot water in the shower too :)

We had the loveliest stay at Mysha Guest house in Tetebatu. The room was beautiful, made by community members with local bamboo. The staff cooked amazing breakfast and dinner for us, with the freshest ingredients from the backyard and the community. Amin was the kindest, funniest and most generous tour guide. He shared knowledge around rice production that has been passed down through generations with us. He also took us to the local market, local waterfall, and to see the local production of bamboo crafts and textiles. Everyone in the community was so generous and welcoming. It was a very authentic Indonesian experience. Terima kasih!
