Had a brilliant stay. I have stayed at many hotels in Goa but this was on the top of the list of best stays ever. Nice hotel with friendly staff. Clean rooms. Clean towels and bedsheets. Close to the beach🏖️. The view from the balcony was amazing. Beautiful property. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again.

We liked the big rooms and good ac. Jack was very nice and helped with everything we needed like laundry service. It is close to the beach and other restaurants. I would go here again next time.

It is a sharing place for world people where freedom and kindness are the only rules. This is the best place I ever been. I stayed there for 10 days and I can assure you that it was not enough. The design of the hotel is superb, but my favourite was the exceptional restaurant on site. Amazing garden with a nice walk to the beach, but also a great starting point for short trips around.

Property is very clean and hygienic. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. Our host and her staff were wonderful. The location is perfect and although it’s very central it’s absolutely quiet at night. Beautiful roof top for a yummy breakfast.

I felt been part of history. Stuff is wonderful. I mer the owner. A portuguse indian and others spoke portuguese. Very close by the church and tourist attractions.

Great location in a quiet, residential and historic area of Panjim. The host (Deric) was extremely responsive, caring and helpful, and was always willing to share information whenever we had questions. Breakfast in a restaurant across the street was delicious and an added bonus! Highly recommend Vivenda Rebelo!
