The breakfast, featuring a delightful array of local and homemade delicacies, was a true feast for the taste buds. (Especially the homeade jam!) The use of fresh, locally sourced ingredients added an extra touch of authenticity to the dining experience, making it a perfect start to the day. Beyond the physical aspects of the guest house, the staff's extensive knowledge of the local area and their genuine passion for sharing Iceland's rich history and culture truly sets Drangar Guest House apart. Their recommendations for nearby attractions, hidden gems, and off-the-beaten-path experiences allowed me and my husband to explore Iceland in a truly authentic way, creating memories that will last a lifetime. Everything, this place is just amazing! The cottage is in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by the mountines and with a wonderful seeview. I will come back for sure if I'll ever be in Iceland again, which I really hope. Breakfast was served directly in the cottage and every kind of food was provided. Everything was just perfect!
