A very well appointed apartment very centrally located and close to free parking. All communication with the owner was clear and prompt. Breakfast was included. Lots of attention to detail - it was a delight to return to our room and see little candles alight on the breakfast tables when you passed the dining room at night.

Very central location. Helpful, communicative owner (Valentino) who spoke good English, allowed us an early check in and helped us with our car park payment. Very clean room, powerful air conditioning, free use of cold water and espresso machine. Fridge in room. Lift. The most comfortable accommodation of our holiday so far.

Excellent location in center of Riccione. Close to restaurants, bars, shops. The beach is next to the apartment. Excellent sea view from the living room balcony and side sea view from the bedroom balcony. The living room balcony is big and can accommodate up to 6 persons with a table and a couch. Both rooms have big TV. All the necessary appliances and cooking tools are provided. The underground parking was provided by the host and is about 200-300 meters away and is 10 euro/day. If you travel by car is absolutely necessary.
