Excellent location. Beautiful triple room apartment with a fantastic view. Very modern and exceptionally clean. We even had a fresco - high ceilings. Very comfortable large bed with good pillows. A very well appointed apartment very centrally located and close to free parking. All communication with the owner was clear and prompt. Breakfast was included. Lots of attention to detail - it was a delight to return to our room and see little candles alight on the breakfast tables when you passed the dining room at night.

First of all the room we had is very clean and spacious, even the bathroom is big. In and out of room was easy, just make sure you have your phone. The room came with ample amenities and the drinks from the mini fridge and snacks were all included. The area is quiet so we can have restful nights. A nice 10mins walk to central area and one of the best gelato nearby the apartment . The best part is the host, Mr Massimo, who is super kind and generous. He is responsive anytime of the day with any questions asked. We were allowed to check in early and he even went the extra mile to drive us to Maranello and back! We had enjoyed our stay so much!

This is an apartment hotel. The room is comfortable, bright and clean. There is a shower and toilet inside of room. Comfortable bed. The common dining room is large in size. There is a capsule coffee machine. I really liked the location of this place - the city center, you can quickly walk to all interesting objects. I was met by a nice girl who explained in detail what and where it was. She recommended an excellent restaurant where this property has a 10% discount
