Everything!! It was beautiful, spotless, like it was brand new. So much character and charm. The bathroom was lovely. The detail and care that has gone into this place really shows. The room was lovely, very comfortable and clean. There is also a common area with a kitchen (tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge etc), a dining table and a washing machine. The property is very well located in the heart of the old town. It is a stone’s throw from the jetty - a ferry trip to Isola Maggiore is highly recommended. There is also an amazing bakery with the best pastries next door to the property. Mario is very friendly and easy to communicate with, and very kind and accomodating (allowing us to check in much earlier!).

They picked me up from the train station for free and were very easy to communicate with on What's App. I was able to leave my luggage there after checkout while exploring the countryside. The room was very quiet, the bed was comfortable and the location on the piazza was perfect. The tea and breakfast materials in the room were good. I would also add that the people in the town and the surrounding area were also very friendly.

The staff, particularly Aliona, were exceptionally helpful. It had the charm of a traditional tuscan hotel with the comfort of a recent refurbishment. The food was the best i have had anywhere.
