The tea and coffee were excellent. The balcony was lovely and often sat there to eat our meals and feel the beautiful Roman breeze. Everything from clean towels, essential toiletries, Smart Tv in each room (well air conditioned rooms), comfy and clean beddings, enough wardrobe space, blinds that meant we could enjoy a good nights sleep without any day light disturbance. The vicinity itself was calm and safe and very residential but had shops and restaurants very close, including a very lovely Catholic Church- where we attended Holy Mass several times. It is also close to the train and bus station and there is a direct bus from there to the airport- that was so convenient. No need to spend on unnecessary Taxi trips to and from the airport. It was like a little haven we found in the heart of Rome.⭐️🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Everything, the owner and staff were incredibly kind. The communication was outstanding . The property was very comfortable and clean I would stay here again and recommend you to as well!

Lovely breakfast, amazing views and outstanding service and cleanliness. Giuseppe was friendly and helpful from before we arrived to helping me even after we had left. Very close to Ciampino Train Station. The owner is a gentleman and was very considerate to all our needs. Highly recommend this property. If you are visiting Rome, stay here and go back and forth by train. It’s fast, cheap and overall value for money!

Great location in Frascati, short walk from the station. Very decent sized room above an excellent restaurant where we ate dinner twice (while being well insulated from the sound of the diners downstairs). Gianpaolo was a super kind and helpful host, arranging an iron for me on request beforehand since we were attending a wedding. Airco worked well decent coffee in the morning from the machine in the common area.

When I landed at Ciampino Airport, I faced some unexpected issues with my originally booked apartment. Luckily, I found Rome Charm House, located nearby, and booked a room right away. I was exhausted after the flight, but I was kindly informed that I could leave my luggage before the official check-in time – which was already quite early! Upon arrival, I was even given great local food recommendations, so I could relax and grab a bite before settling in. The following days were a bit hectic due to some unforeseen circumstances, but Roberto, Antonella, and Riccardo were always there to help. When I got caught up in work and forgot to eat, Antonella would bring one of the most delicious dinners I’ve ever had. Roberto and Riccardo were always ready to assist – whether it was overcoming language barriers with locals or helping resolve bigger issues (and there were quite a few!). I truly felt at home, cared for like a member of the family. They are some of the kindest and most genuine people I’ve ever met. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Rome Charm House if you’re arriving at or departing from Ciampino Airport, or visiting Ciampino, Marino or Rome. This place truly goes beyond any rating scale!
