We stayed in a self contained apartment with kitchen and sitting area which was spacious and jcomfortable. It was great to have the use of bikes to explore Lucca. Parking was easy and convenient. Carlos was super friendly and provided lots of recommendations for food and attractions, including parking! Great pizza place two doors down, and patisserie a few minutes walk. Would recommend this place as a base for exploring Lucca and attractions further afield.

My Guesthouse was a lovely place to stay, the rooms have been furnished and decorated to a very high standard, the communal spaces are very nice, light and airy and comfortable. The outdoor space is a perfect place to eat the fantastic breakfast. The owners Mirko and Monti were really helpful, very nice and we couldn’t have wished for better hosts. Two members of my party had massages at My Guesthouse which they really enjoyed. The apartments/rooms were very clean and quiet at night, they are accessed via an old door from the street and up the stairs, a lift is available. My Guesthouse is located in a lovely part of Lucca near Piazza Anfiteatro and was within easy walking distance of everything to see. I would highly recommend staying here if you are planning to visit Lucca.
