Vattanac Capital is 1.4 km from the guest house, while Wat Phnom is 1.3 km away. I really liked the style of the room and the facilities it provided. They had everything you needed, from a TV to an electric shower with nice, hot, consistent water. The staff and owner were really nice and welcoming. They had a bar downstairs that also had live performances every night at 8. It's at a great location, within walking distance to the grand Palace and near the river.

The hostel offers training in Kun Khmer, a style similar to Muay Thai, which was a major draw for me. The rooftop gym is well-equipped and has a great atmosphere, with beautiful views of the city. When classes aren’t in session, the gym is free for guests to use, which is a huge plus if you want to work out at your own pace. The hostel is under new management, and you can tell they’re putting in the effort to make it a great place. The staff was super friendly and always available to help with anything I needed. Especially Pai, who went out of the way to help me find things around the city.
