The property is non-smoking and is set 34 km from Kada Panaha Tank. I loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the host and his family. He was able to help us arrange transportation to/from the guesthouse and also the safari jeep. The location is very quiet despite being by the main road. It’s located some distance from the safari but still relatively close by. we managed to see the elephant and even a leopard! The room itself was clean and well planned, all the basic amenities were provided for us.

At the guest house, the units are fitted with a desk. All units come with a private bathroom equipped with a bath, while selected rooms have a fully equipped kitchen. The units include a outdoor furniture. Our stay at Corner Cottage was great! The couple where so welcoming and warm. The food they cooked for us was so tasty! We did a cooking class with them aswell, which was so fun and interesting! They took such good care of us. The room is simple, yet spacious and clean, as is the bathroom. The bed was big, so very comfortable for my 2 meter long boyfriend ;) You also have a living area with sofas. If you go to Anuradhapura, I would really recommend staying at Corner Cottage!

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace, MONI FARM HOUSE WILPATTU is situated in Nochchiyagama. Guests can benefit from a balcony and an outdoor fireplace. The guest house also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Staff were amazing and host was easy to contact and flexible. Location was well out of the way with an amazing lake within a few minutes walk with trials to walk also bit perfect for Wilpattu national park. Food was really nice and the room had everything you could need.

At the guest house, the units are fitted with bed linen and towels. Located just outside the park entrance. Very kind staff, helped us organise transfer and safari. Dinner was amazing! Thank you!

Kadahatha Wawa Lake is 1.7 km from the guest house, while Habarana Lake is 2.2 km from the property. Sigiriya Airport is 11 km away, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. Our stay at Swan Lake Habarana was fantastic. Kalhara was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond—organizing a cultural evening, a great safari trip, and arranging tuk-tuks at fair prices. He helped with everything before, during, and after our stay. The guesthouse was clean, comfortable, and surrounded by nature. The breakfast was also very good! Highly recommended!

This was the best accommodation we had in Sri Lanka! Amazing location but more importantly, amazing service. Ruwan helped us organise everything from a safari to transport around the area and to our next destination. Would highly recommend!

Instead of just a room, we had an entire private apartment, including a comfortable living room, which gave us so much space to relax. It was quiet, clean, and located in a peaceful part of town, making it easy to rest and recharge between our adventures. And considering the price, it felt like an absolute steal. What really made this stay unforgettable were the authentic experiences arranged by the hosts. Nilukshan helped us explore some of Sri Lanka’s most iconic sites with thoughtfully organized tours, the Wilpattu safari was stunning, and our visits to Anuradhapura and Mihintale gave us a deep appreciation for the country’s culture and history. Everything was well-timed, smooth, and stress-free. We also had the chance to join a Sri Lankan cooking class with Malsha, which ended up being one of our favorite memories. The class was fun, hands-on, and filled with flavor, we left not just with full stomachs, but with recipes and techniques we can take home with us. If you’re looking for more than just a place to sleep, if you want comfort, authenticity, and connection this is the place. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

We had a fantastic time at Blooming, what a tidy accomodation! Everything was incredibly clean and the rooms were great. The pool was also very nice. The family running the resort is just the very best! Such kind hard working people who go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Also, don't go out to get your dinner. You get a great meal at Blooming! We would highly recommend staying at Blooming when you go to Anuradhapura!

Even though the property is a bit away from the main road, we were always provided with transportation as and when required at a very good price. They also helped arrange the village tour and Minneria Safari at a competitive price. Always willing to sort out things for you, you just have to mention something and they would be able to arrange it for you.
