I don’t have words to describe the beautiful Mailagama Cinnamon Residence. Staff was super friendly and really helpful. We joined the copper dinner and it was simply amazing, we had dinner in the garden surrounded by the rice field - speechless! The room was clean, hot water in the shower. They arranged a safari for us and gave us a doggy bag with breakfast. They also have an immense rice and spicy field and have us a tour around. Beautiful experience

The serene garden setting provided a peaceful retreat, and the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. What truly made the stay exceptional was the incredible hospitality of the landlord, Ruwan. His kindness and attention to detail went above and beyond expectations. Ruwan personally ensured that all my needs were met and even prepared customized meals that suited my preferences. He treated guests with such warmth that it felt more like staying with family than at a hotel. This the best place to stay for visiting Danigala (the Alien Mountain) - 1 h ride on tuk tuk and 40 minutes on a bike/car. Also there are I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nobel Regency in Bibile, Sri Lanka, just before the New Year, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Nobel Regency for anyone visiting Bibile – it’s a place where you’ll find not just excellent service but genuine care and kindness.

We, my girlfriend and I, have experienced our stay as a wonderful journey. When we arrived, we were faced with a closed gate, but within seconds the owner arrived. After checking in, we entered the room – perfect! A nice big bed, a clean and spacious bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and everything you could need! After having a little chat, the hotel owner asked about our plans. We mentioned that we came for the nature and tranquility, and without hesitation, he offered to show us around the area. This was the start of an experience we will never forget. 🙏 First, we went to a small waterfall, very local with no tourists – just some local youngsters hanging out who even offered us a beer. Then he took us to Diyaluma Falls – what a massive waterfall that was! He offered us lunch, which he had made himself! A sandwich we’ll never forget; it was incredibly delicious. Next, we visited Buduruwagala Rock Carvings, where the owner introduced us to Buddhism. The place was surrounded by nature – trees, plants, birds – pure enjoyment. We thought we were heading back to the hotel, but nothing could be further from the truth. We visited real monks, where we received blessings and a white bracelet from an elderly monk. They also offered us boiled corn – so tasty! After the visit, we continued back to the hotel. On the way, we ran into a friend of the owner, who invited us to their home. When we arrived, the whole family was there to meet us. What kind and friendly people! They offered us tea and chocolate biscuits, and my girlfriend even received a gift! It gave us such a happy feeling, something we will cherish forever. ❤️ Then it was time to head back to the hotel – or so we thought. Instead, we went elephant spotting! Yes, you read that right – real wild elephants! It got quite late, but we spotted several wild animals, including both a male and female elephant. This, too, will stay with us forever.
