The staff is amazingly friendly, and the tasty breakfast is homemade. The breakfast dining room itself is so charming! We were lucky to be in room 3, which has an excellent sea view (also a little beach and a rocky shore where people collect mussels). You can open the windows and enjoy the breeze and the ocean air. The room is very clean, nicely decorated, and the bathroom is large and has a very good/big shower. The location is also wonderful. You are in the center of the medina, and so close to the ancient ramparts, shops, and restaurants. We can't wait to return!

Extra linens if you need them, and clean by in the Medina standards! you will experience a bit of humidity and street noise if your window faces the street, but I slept very well here during my stay. Also note you will have the sewage smell from the Medina plumbing - I combat with some essential oils in the toilet and keep the lid closed. This is standard if you stay anywhere in the Medina. Located in a lovely area with many things to discover and close to very good restaurants

The villa's location is ideal, it’s a peaceful retreat whilst still being within easy reach of Essaouira's medina and beaches. The nearby restaurants, recommended by the villa's staff, provided some excellent culinary experiences. Villa des Hauts Mogador is a hidden gem that offers a truly authentic Moroccan experience of kindness and pleasure. We highly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable getaway.

An indoor play area is also available for guests at the guest house. Beautiful facility overlooking the surrounding campaign. The staff was very kind and the food, some of the best we’ve had in Morocco. They were particularly accommodating with our 1 year old son.

We arrived way later than we were hoping, but Simon arranged for someone to open the garage and give us the keys without any issues. Breakfast was great and we really enjoyed our time there, it was as peaceful as we wanted.
