We had shared bathroom, it was spacey, shower had enough room and worked with no problems. We didnt use it, but there is also shared kitchen on first floor on which we had room and table in front of the house. Location is little bit out of hand, a bit far to go by foot to the centre, which is only tangible downside, which obviously we knew when we booked this room. All in all, I would definitely recommend staying here, even the cheapest room is great, would be no problem staying for 3 to 5 days.

The owner was fun to deal with. The unit was close to the centre of town and it offered good parking.
