One of our fav hotels during our entire trip to Mexico. We very much enjoyed staying in Casa Carmen as it felt much more like a home than a hotel and the entire atmosphere was lovely and welcoming. We would have liked to stay longer.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They are living here as well, and they make us feel at home. They have the sweetest cat and a very nice garden. The place was very clean and spacious. Walking distance to attractions and not too noisy. I really enjoyed staying here and can definitely recommend!

Beautiful, clean and spacious! The internet worked great and the included breakfasts was amazing :) It os also really close to the centre areas and the main walking streets. Definitely one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in.

The room had everything, the bathroom was clean. Towels plus soap and drinking water were provided. Bed was huge and comfortable. Location is close to the city centre and centre square, lots of restaurants and choices on the area. Close walk to collectivo that can take you to Ruinas and cascadas. A/C works really well. We arrived early and they held our luggage for us before check-in, which was helpful.

Wonderful place, I felt directly at home. In 10minutes walking distance you reach the center and there are many local food places around the corner. I loved that there was always clean drinking water in the shared kitchen and the room decoration was colourful and cute. I can highly recommend to stay here!

By far the best place in Palenque, lovely jungle sounds on the patio in the evening. I will be back!
