An amazing place at the shore of the river, outside from the noisy Sauraha, but just only 15min walking from the town center. And the family is charming and always there to help you. I would come back for sure!!

I stayed 3 nights with my friend and we had a great time here. The owner lady of Tara guest house is very friendly and caring for her guests, she made us feel welcome and safe here. Its a simple room at the homestay but all what you need for few days safari. Free WiFi also.

First time traveling in Nepal and I wasn’t even in the country and Suraj (the owner) helped me so much with everything in the best way possible! I arrived to the hotel feeling like I knew the family already all because of the help and comfort that they made me feel before I travel. After traveling it just got better! Never been traveling in a place that made me feel so much like I was home. From the people, to the food, to the location and to the activities! They made me love Nepal at the first sight for having so much caring and professionalism at the same time! Amazing is the word that I find to describe how incredible it was! Thank you for making me love this country and for making me wanna come back as soon as I can! I couldn’t have chosen a better place to start my trip in the amazing Nepal 🤩
You can enjoy doing and organizing The safari at Chitwan National Park from this hotel as they arrange the highly professional guides for the good information and for safety environment.
The best part of this hotel is they do not support elephant safari and any kind of safari that harms animal.

It was amazing I loved it! When I arrived I could see a rhino directly in front of my room crossing the river it was so close I was absolutly enthusiastic! Its so nice quiet there amd you can see a lot of other animals during the day. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I also made the whole day jungle walk and it was so cool! The guides where so friendly know a lot about the animals and the nature and their english was really good. Could definitly recommend this place and I will come back!

We got an upgrade to luxury room with free use of aircon. (Stayed 3 nights) Difference between standard and luxury is the bathroom. In luxury there is a bath, so not the whole bathroom gets wet taking a shower.
I liked the garden and it was quiet at night. The beda where comfortable.

Nice place in a quiet area short walking distance to the main road.
The food is delicious and everything is made fresh at the moment.
The staff is lovely and a special thank to the owner, a young guy, helpful, respectful and the love he got for what he is doing is fantastic.
I suggest to do the tours with him because is cheap compared to the other ones and it is worth it.
Avoid the big resort and chose local home stay to help them with their project.

It is close to the airport, that is plus but far from the city center. Anyhow I liked there
