The heated blanket on bed was the final cherry on the top . Having ebikes was a bonus to being able to get around , as would it be to have a car . We believe buses are pretty close too .

The property has an outdoor dining area. Nice and quiet. Close to the beach if you like that sort of thing. Also close to an amazing number of fun eateries. I just wish I'd had more time and energy to explore more. The host was incredibly nice and friendly.

Like beachtowels, insectspray, washingmachine including liquids etc. etc.! Anything I could think of, it was there ;) Perfect for a stay with 2 young kids! The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and also very easy going and flexible. We got a lot of good recommendations from Bruce and we all liked them. So definitely recommend to stay here!

Bavaria Boutique Hotel is located close to Mount Eden, only 7-minutes from Auckland CBD. This small hotel offers comfortable rooms, free Wi-Fi and buffet continental breakfast in a quiet residential location. It’s very cozy, for me felt like home away from home. Travelling so far away from home, this house and its hosts made me feel welcomed and comfortable. It’s located very close to the center but away from the noise and busy streets. Has a big supermarket around the corner and great food/restaurants open. Then, as a tourist, you can pick up location of Cordis hotel for drop offs/pick up, takes 5 min by Uber. Kerri the live in host has been friendly, helpful, flexible and overall made the stay an amazing experience. Thank you!
