Απίθανο ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο της όμορφης πόλης νιζουα σε κοντινή απόσταση απο όλα τα αξιοθέατα της πόλης. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό, το δωμάτιο μεγάλο και καθαρό. Είχαμε δωρεάν σνακ και νερό. Το πρωινό και το βραδινό ήταν επίσης πολύ καλά. Στο τέλος της διανομής μας δεχτήκαμε και ένα όμορφο δώρο από το ξενοδοχείο. Το συνιστώ σε όλους ανεπιφύλακτα.

The guesthouse was very clear, spacious rooms, affordable compared to other places in the same block. Kind, cooperative and friendly staff.

Exceptional hospitality by Adnan, he approached via WhatsApp in advance, sent all the navigation details. We were driving, so upon arrival he found us on the narrow streets of the old town, helped to park the car and get the suitcases. The place is in the heart of the old town, Adnan introduced the history and the architecture! We absolutely fell in love with the authenticity! And the delicious breakfast place with a magnificent terrace was just cherry on the top!

We had a wonderful stay at Etra Inn in Nizwa. We were thoroughly impressed with everything! The location is fantastic – so convenient to all the facilities and attractions Nizwa has to offer. Initially, the surrounding locality was a little unexpected, but as they say, "Don't judge a book by its cover!" The moment we arrived at Etra Inn, we were amazed. The hospitality provided by Mr. Saif was flawless. He was truly welcoming and helpful. The room itself was superb. It was incredibly spacious with beautifully maintained interiors. We especially appreciated the ensuite bathroom with the tub and readily available hot water. The inclusion of a kettle, fridge, coffee, tea, a spacious king-size bed, ample storage (wardrobe, drawers), and plenty of charging points made our stay incredibly comfortable. The convenient parking inside the compound was also a big plus. While the weather was a little warm, the effective AC and fan in the room ensured we were perfectly comfortable. The overall ambience of Etra Inn was excellent, and being so close to restaurants and the souq was incredibly convenient. After a long journey from Dubai, booking Etra Inn was absolutely worth it. The stay exceeded expectations and refreshed us considerably. We would highly recommend Etra Inn to anyone planning a trip to Oman and looking for comfortable, convenient, and welcoming accommodation in Nizwa. Kudos to the entire team at Etra Inn! Thank you so much for sharing your hospitality and making our trip so enjoyable. We would definitely love to book with you again should we plan another trip to Oman.

This lovely guest house is a family property with gorgeous views of the valley and the surrounding mountains. The best part of our stay was the owner with his hospitality! He helped us get to Jebel Shams, hiked with us and even brought along Omani coffee and dates. He also recommended an interesting house-museum nearby that we could visit (and see some demos) and gave us other tips. If you are tired after checking in they can also order delivery food for you. There's an indoor pool that you can use for free, just ask the ladies. Thank you for everything!

Fabulously authentic, spotlessly clean with superb views from the spacious terrace. We were the only guests so it felt like we had a huge house to ourselves. However, the comfortable public spaces would also be great for sharing with fellow travellers too. Omani friendliness and hospitality at its best. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Nice location! The balcony room is amazing! With dinner and breakfast included! Fantastic way to explore the ancient village. We will definitely come back and can highly recommend to stay here!
