Hotel Manager Mubarak and his wife were very warm and welcoming. There is nice breakfast available at very reasonable price. Corniche and muttrah area is at walkable distance from the property. Beautiful contemporary decoration , fully equipped and with a nice view on the sea. The villa is within the Jebel Sifah area, with restaurants and lots of sports activities at your disposal. Last but not least, the owner is friendly and very réactive and supplied us with lots of information.

The property features garden and city views, and is 1.6 km from Qurum Natural Park. The guest house has family rooms. I had a lovely stay at a top location. Having lived in the area for almost a decade in the past, I believe Al-Qurum is the prettiest part of Muscat. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from Al Mouj Marina and 10 minutes from the airport, with lots of cafés and restaurants around. Communication with the host was very easy, and they were super kind and helpful. All was clean and new. I will definitely stay here again for longer time. It is also good for groups, as there are other independent rooms around.
