Ilda, his sister, and mum Juana delivered amazing local food, dish after dish of local food. With comfy beds topped with llama blankets, we had an exceptional stay. From sharing English phrases for Quechua with Ernesto to drinking local tea, watching the sunsets, to hiking the local trails, I can not recommend enough.

The house and the room were really nice and clean, and Sonia cooked some nice meals for us. Vidal helped us organise the transport to and from the island, including the tour of the Uros and Taquile islands, and he accompanied us from and to the port.

A really lovely place, very clean, very good wifi, close to the bus terminal and a super friendly owner. He helped me with everything (organizing a tour, bus tickets to Bolivia …) - it was one of my best accommodations I had in three weeks of Peru.

Το Maya Inn είναι σε απόσταση 900μ από Pino Park και 700μ από Bus Station στον προορισμό Πούνο. Αυτό το κατάλυμα, εκτός από υπηρεσία δωματίου, προσφέρει επίσης στους επισκέπτες βεράντα. I arrived by bus and it was a 10 minute walk to the hotel, the location was easy to find, very central, just one street back from the main road. Check-in was easy, everything was explained and I was shown to my room. The room was perfect, with plenty of space, clean, fresh bedding and towels, everything clean in the bathroom, quiet and warm considering the temperature got cold outside at night. Breakfast was included, eggs, bread, jam, fruit, yoghurt, juice and coffee or tea. Lake Titicaca pier was a 2 minute walk, and the city center was about 10 minutes away. The staff were very friendly and English is spoken. Although I didn't go, a trip to Lake Titicaca can be arranged. Puno has a nice atmosphere and I liked the hotel and staff, the location was excellent and the price was more than reasonable.

Lovely room and comfortable bed. Host was very attentive and helped with tour recommendations and transit. Felt very at home
