I don’t usually give 10 but this place really deserves a 10. We had such an amazing and unforgettable stay at Fare Tokoau. Tea and Alex are such great hosts. The bungalows are amazing, clean, spacious and comfy. The tropical garden surrounding the bungalows is beautiful and so it is the beach view. Alex also runs the best Moorea lagoon tours so make sure you sign up for that! Their animals are lovely they have a few dogs and cats. Absolutely stunning.

The staff were excellent, friendly, so very helpful, helped organize taxi's, they went above and beyond. So very grateful.

The location was amazing. Whike snorkling from the property, I saw turtles, a leopard ray, and a few sharks (they are not dangerous). They lent me snorkling gear for free. Easy to access. Markets and restaurants close by and Elodie and Renaud gave me great information on good places to eat at and to see on the island. It's right next to the best public beach on the island in my opinion. Sunset was right over the tip of the island making for great fading light. The family was super nice, starting with Renaud and Elodie. They made my stay a breeze. I would recommend it to anyone.

We had such a unique stay at Mark's place. It is challenging to stay here without a car, but certainly possible, at least for a couple of days. I liked the camp cabin accommodations. The value for a full kitchen and the number of people who could stay in the cabin comfortably was exceptional. The other guests were friendly, but respectful and quiet on the property when it was night. The option to rent kayaks, surfboards and snorkel gear at a reasonable price is wonderful! There are good food and grocery options within walking distance. We would definitely stay again!

I enjoyed the simple elegance of it all. Mark has water sports / surfing stuff available if you need it.Everyone there was friendly and wonderful. If nothing else, even if you do not stay there, stop by and admire their new guest office. The woodwork is simply amazing! They also have stuff for sale too, but the woodwork of the countertop & round windows are worth stopping by to see if you appreciate true craftsmanship.
