The property features garden and quiet street views, and is 21 km from Represa. The guest house has family rooms. Two weary cyclists arrived for one night. We were delighted! Ines—one of the owners— is warm and welcoming. Our room was splendid—comfortable, lovely, overlooking the beautiful pool. Breakfast was perfect—obrigado Patricia! We liked this beautiful Solar ( a former school where Ines was a schoolgirl—how cool!) so much that we stayed one more night! My friend left for work in Lisboa and I stayed for a third night! One night turned into three because it is so delightful! I have cycled 94,000+km around the world and have stayed at well over 1000+ hotels around the world on every continent except Antarctica—Solar Dos Frades is one of the best! Obrigado Ines! The place is the perfect spot! what a great experience to stay in those worden houses! The very delicious breakfast was offered in little baskets and brought to the house. The kitchen is well equipped. And it was very quiet and relaxing! We‘ll be back!
