A wonderful experience on many levels. As a tourism worker, I must emphasize that several things truly amazed me. The facility is beautiful, unique and authentic, one could say fairytale-like. The room is large, as is the bed, which is also very comfortable. But the greatest value is the staff. Extremely helpful, they have an answer for every question. I personally found myself in the unusual situation of a canceled return flight, where they showed not only their sincere concern and empathy, but also their willingness to help to the utmost of their abilities. And I thank them for that from the bottom of my heart. I hope I will have the opportunity to return to Lisbon and this hotel, which I higly recommend

Free WiFi is available and the cosy terrace outside is ideal for warm evenings. Some of the rooms offer a view overlooking the garden. The room was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and has a great shower. No complaints! The breakfast was delicious and had a nice range of food. The staff were really great and friendly and helped look after our luggage. Enjoyed our stay, wish we had stayed longer!
