The room and facilities are simple, modern, comfortable, and clean, The staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast (included in the room price) is basic but sufficient for my needs, with a variety of breads, cereal, cold cuts cheese, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, coffee/tea etc. The AC in the room worked well. I would happily stay here again if I returned to Funchal.

The property has mountain and garden views, and is 500 metres from Beach Pedradeira. The guest house features family rooms. A perfect place to stay for a couple of days. It got everything; nice comfortable bed, sunny balcony, coffee and tea on the room, nice warm shower. The location is perfect: close to the sea, supermarket and bakery. The host is super friendly flexible and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and very copious. The owners were very kind and available for us.

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay in this property because of all the attention to detail that the host put towards the furnishing and decoration of the apartment, which is a rarity. Some places are furnished expensively but in an impersonal and cold style, but this one is truly someone's home, with great character, that the host is sharing with you.
