Great bathroom and the most comfortable bed we have slept in yet! And just to add to the perfect setting - a bottle of wine, some cheese and crackers and a sweet pastry were set out for us to enjoy. Truly a wonderful way to end a day of hiking! I think we have been spoiled for the rest of the trip!!

Liz and Jan enjoy having guests and know home to make them feel at home. Liz is a wellness expert and also offers delicious and healthy homecooked meals in the evening that you can book in advance when you stay there. We arrived rather late and did not feel like eating a three course meal but I would definitely recommend it otherwise. Liz made us a beautiful veggie (some from the garden!), fruit and snack platter with drinks to enjoy while sitting outside. We had the small double room with shared bathroom which worked out well for us. My daughter enjoyed lounging in the hammock and playing with the cats. Everything is sparkling clean. Downstairs is a huge living room with TV and games for guests to use. There is a dipping pool to cool off. The breakfast next morning was excellent and healthy. Good coffee, tea, smoothie, yogurt with fresh berries, bread and egg/quiche thingies. The hosts are a joy and I am looking forward to visit again.
