I like everything about my 3 nights stay at TKT. The gentleman in the reception was very kind and willing to accommodate the requests. The room was spotless. The host offers towels, toothbrush and washing gel. There's a kettle and glasses in the room. Mattress and pillows firm and very comfortable. Good AC and strong wifi. There's a residential area, so it was very quiet at night, even if my room no 11 was just right to the reception desk and main entrance. The only thing I could suggest as an improvement are the little night lamps at the bedside drawers. The location of the premises is great. Easy access to JB Sentral. Walkable distance to KSL mall, plenty of eateries and shops near by.

The staff were friendly, the room was cosy with a smart TV, and the bedding was comfy. For the price, I got way more than I expected, definitely worth the money considering the peak period. Was in Batam for a night transiting from Jakarta to Singapore; I wish I could stay longer. The guesthouse has no lift; might want to keep that in mind when booking. The surroundings have nothing much to offer except minimarts and a row of street food carts in the evening.
