Pi’s warmth and care shine through in everything—her incredible cooking, her thoughtful recommendations, and the cozy atmosphere she’s created. She keeps only three rooms to ensure every guest gets the best experience, and it truly shows. Our room was perfect—cozy, spotless, with a comfortable bed and duvet, and a beautiful view of the lake. From the moment we arrived, Pi took care of everything we could possibly need, making us feel completely at home. Her husband is just as kind, and together they have the warmest smiles that make you feel like family. If I ever find myself in CatBa again, there’s no question—I’ll stay with Pi and her family. I can only recommend this place! ❤️❤️❤️

Το Kim An Homestay, Pizza - Cafe βρίσκεται σε Ha Long και διαθέτει κήπο, βεράντα, μπαρ καθώς και δωρεάν WiFi σε όλους τους χώρους του καταλύματος. The lovely Kim An welcomed us so warmly to her homestay that we immediately felt at home! Whether we had questions about Ha Long Bay, buying glasses, or having trouble with taxi drivers, Kim An was always there to help straight away :-) In addition to the very clean room, the linens are super soft and the bed comfortable. The garden area is a great place to have a relaxing breakfast and coffee, or a cocktail or beer in the evening. Not to be forgotten are the authentic American pizzas, which she lovingly prepares fresh on site and even makes her own ricotta, as it is extremely difficult to find in Vietnam. Another highlight are her two animal companions: the lively dog ​​Sophie and the kitten Phoenix, who curiously wanders around the beer garden and is up for any game 😍 The homestay is looked after every day, whether it is painting doors or watering the countless plants. Everything here is made with love, so much so that we had to move on with a tear in our eye. The homestay was our absolute highlight! Thank you very much for this wonderful time!

Stay here for the second time. Can undoubtedly recommend this cozy place for everyone who is on a budget. Good location, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms

The room is spacious with a large, comfortable bed and seating area inside and outside, which was nice). Situated in a local residential area, it is away from the noise of the center but a walk away from all the restaurants, shops and Ben Beo port. The owner lives right next door and is always available if there are any questions either in person or via WhatsApp. He arranged a motorbike for us and also can arrange tours. He speaks perfect English. We had a comfortable stay.

The window points to the main road and gét a lot of sunlight. Overall, it looks pleasure to the eyes. A big plus is that the room was really clean, from bed sheet, floor, etc. small things like that. The bathroom was also clean and neat. All sockets worked, and the host even offered bike rent. It was really easy and helpful. Most of all, the host was super supportive!! Really made my trip way easier and much more flexible. Thanks!

Το Soleil Hostel βρίσκεται σε Ha Long, σε απόσταση 600μ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Bai Chay και παρέχει κλιματιζόμενα δωμάτια και μπαρ. Despite not knowing much english you got the sense that the staff were really trying to make my experience enjoyable but unfortunately they were behind from the start. The traditional Vietam breakfast was superb. They arranged a trip back to Hanoi Airport at a very reasonable price for me which was very much appreciated. The location was not serviced by Grab so the owner personally drove me on his bike for a Night excursion cruise. That too was much appreciated.
