a beautiful hotel, the truth is that they are attentive to you at all times, to make you a pleasant experience, the room is a luxury as well as the facilities and the restaurant, the breakfasts are incredibly good and abundant with a lot of variety and options to choose from, every 15 minutes The hotel transportation is always at the entrance of the hotel and at the airport gate so that you are calm at all times of the trip and the pool and jacuzzi area inside the hotel is acclimatized is a spectacle. Thanks! Staff amazing, clean room, gym and pool! Everything awesome, it exceeded our expectations. Also the shuttle service made our stop over very easy, we are very grateful, for sure we are going to stay here again! Most of our flights have night stop overs at Toronto, this is the perfect place to stay and very easy with the shuttle service.

Here, there are plenty of free parking spaces, a clean indoor swimming pool, and a 24-hour gym. Every staff member in the hotel is very enthusiastic, polite, and responsible! The room our family stayed in was very clean, spacious, warm and comfortable, with complete facilities. The bath water was hot and comfortable! The daily (also open on Christmas Day) free buffet breakfast is rich in variety, nutritious and delicious! We can drink fragrant coffee and tea every day! We also received a love gift from the hotel at Christmas, thank you very much! All in all, this is the most cozy and comfortable hotel we have ever stayed in, and it feels like home!
